Cárnicas Valmorisco was born in the cradle of the wild fauna of Extremadura (in the East of Spain), where we have been working in the field for more than two decades to select the best wild meats and bringing the flavor of the field directly to your table.
Our activity focuses on the collection of game meat throughout Spain through our fleet of vehicles, controlling and respecting the cold chain of our product, thus guaranteeing the best possible quality of our meats.
Subsequently, we proceed to carry out the cutting of the carcasses, strictly complying with the relevant quality and food safety protocols.
Finally, we proceed to distribute our product through our vehicles, always controlling its temperature, guaranteeing all its properties and qualities for a unique experience to the palate.
The raw material comes from totally wild animals and raised in freedom, whose nutritional values enjoy a high protein index and very little fat.
It should be noted our geographical location, with which we access the raw material of the product in a faster way for its subsequent processing, which allows us to obtain a magnificent quality.
